Understanding Our Cancellation Policies
At Recoverie, we pride ourselves on delivering an elite level of care. In order to maintain our quality of work we have to satisfy our overheads. All sessions have a 24-hour cancellation fee of the entire appointment amount.
Exploring Our Payment Policies
All appointments will require a pre-payment of the entire amount prior to the appointment.
For insurance clients you will be instructed to settle a minimum £100 patient excess. If you excess is greater than £100, we will provide you will a payment link to settle the additional difference.
We accept all insurance clients. However we only bill AXA and BUPA directly. All other insurance clients will be required to pay upfront and an invoice will be provided to you for reimbursement with your insurer.
